The Bible clearly speaks on how mighty the hand of the Lord truly is in changing human lives from a desperate situation to a living hope. The Lord Jesus can take anyone whom even the society considers to be an outcast, turn that life around and make that life a value to the whole world.

Bible contains the innumerable examples of the healing and saving power of Jesus. Blind eyes were opened, lepers were healed, and people were raised from the dead. In our days we have to admit that not many people believe that the miracles of the Bible days can still happen today.

But no matter either we believe it or not God is still performing miracles, healing the sick and restores the broken lives. Below you will find some of the testimonies of the miraculous power of Jesus in taking people from the depth of darkness into His marvelous light.

First of all, what does the word "testimony" mean?

Testimony (something evidential) literally means a declaration or a witness testifying that something is true. Testimony (a witness) of the power of Jesus who is our Lord and Savior can be seen through the lives of those who experienced the mighty touch his hands.

The following are the living testimonies of what the Lord Jesus can and will do and how mighty He can and will move in changing broken lives and hopeless situations.

The life changing power of Jesus Christ has made me a new person.

In 1987, my life felt as if it had come to an end. I became severely depressed and suicidal. Alcohol and marijuana could not relive my pain. I was lost in a dark and hopeless world. I tried to change my circumstances and myself but was not able to until I asked Jesus Christ to come into my life and change me. He did!

When I received the Biblical promise of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, Jesus filled my heart with new life, joy, peace, and pure desire. He delivered me from drugs, depression, and satanic psychic mysticism by His blood. He gave me wisdom to start the healing of my troubled relationship and gave me a new mind and a new attitude about life. I was baptized in water in the name of the Lord Jesus according to the Word of the Lord:

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." (Acts 2:38-39, KJV)

"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him." (Colossians 3:17, KJV)

for the remission of my sins and was born again into the family of Christ.

Jesus has set me free!

"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." (Galatians. 1:8-9, KJV)

"There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism.." (Ephesians 4:4-5, KJV) for He will say to many on that day "I never knew You!" (Matthew 7:23).

The time to turn away from sin and false religion is now. Jesus is coming soon to judge the dead and the living and we all need to be ready.
